my hair is frizzy even when i blow dry it, dry it with a towel, or even let it dry.. ive seen my friends with wet hair that dried up, and their%26#039;s is just fine.. mine has lots of hair just sticking out and it doesnt look good. what could be the cause of this and how can i stop it??
