Soak your hair with the shower water. Hair is like a sponge it absorbs what it can and everything else just runs off... or something like that... thats what she told me... just like conditioning hair definitely absorbs the conditioner better dry

Depends on how thivk your hair is. I use swim caps and my hair is really think...but short. If it%26#039;s long put it in a small bun then put it on. Hope I helped. :)
Reply:Its more about getting the chlorine out the Hair. Chlorine can turn blond hair orange. So after swimming use a good chlorine stripper shampoo and condition. I would wear a swimming hat if you since problems with how strong the Chlorine is. I wash my Hair and Suit after swimming.
