I want BLUE hair.. HELP??

I want parts of my brown hair blonde/blue.


NOT DARK BLUE, more like a bright or light blueee color


I already bought the bleach to make it blonde or lighter


but i dont know where to get the blue hair dye?


The brands i know are Manic Panic, Splat, Raw, Special Effects.





Which are good brands?

I would personally recommend hair extensions, but you can always buy blue hair dye at Hot Topic. Most salons won%26#039;t have blue hair dye. You can also try Sally Beauty Supply.

Reply:I would try a test with bleaching a piece with foil. After you have gotten a light color wash and dry the piece. Then Manic Panic is my choice.
