Please don%26#039;t get herbal essences. Its nice for white people hair, but not black people%26#039;s hair. Even the %26quot;moisture%26quot; ones don%26#039;t work in ours. And don%26#039;t use mousse or gel in your hair unless it says that it doesn%26#039;t dry out hair.

Herbal Essences makes really good shampoos and conditioners for curly hair. Just go to any drug store and look at their section- im not sure of the specific name. I know John Freida makes some really good heat restoration serum that protects from damage from flat irons or curlers, or there%26#039;s Garnier Fructis sleek and shine leave in conditioner and shine serum.
